Flash is a compressed form of very short fiction that allows for experimentation and many flash writers use unusual structures to come at the story ‘sideways’. You’ll look at some examples of different forms of flash fiction, use prompts and exercises to get the creative juices flowing and hopefully you’ll have the start of a flash story or two to take away with you.
